About the Role

As a Remote Personal Care Aide, you will serve as a vital liaison and support system for elderly or disabled clients living independently. You will not provide physical hands-on care (like bathing or dressing) in this remote capacity. Instead, your core duties involve virtual wellness check-ins, medication reminder calls, care plan coordination with family members and local agencies, and providing emotional support through consistent, compassionate communication. Key Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled video and phone wellness check-ins with a caseload of 8-12 clients.

• Coordinate with local home health aides, nurses, and family members to ensure seamless care execution.
• Provide medication adherence support by confirming doses and reporting missed medications.
• Offer companionship and cognitive engagement through structured conversations and activity planning.
• Identify and immediately escalate any changes in client condition or safety concerns to the clinical team.
• Assist clients with light virtual administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments or ordering supplies.

Essential Qualifications

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $38,000 – $48,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and certifications. Pay is processed bi-weekly.
