About the Role

As our Remote Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader responsible for the entire virtual dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans for remote dining services across assigned California locations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed team of kitchen, service, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive remote work culture.
• Ensure consistent adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality control procedures across all locations.
• Monitor and optimize inventory management, procurement, and cost control for remote operations.
• Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall remote dining experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote remote dining offerings and drive customer acquisition.

Essential Qualifications
