Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on visas, travel insurance, health & safety protocols, and destination-specific customs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track booking progress, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., premium upgrades, travel accessories) and meet monthly sales targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, airline policies, and emerging destinations to offer cutting‑edge recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in travel consultancy, itinerary planning, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, airline alliances, and travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, GDS).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
