About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse at HealthFirst Healthcare, you will be the vital link between our patients and our healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via telehealth and digital communication channels.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients.
• Provide evidence-based health education and coaching to patients and their families.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals remotely.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within our secure electronic health record system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and concerns via designated platforms.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Telehealth, or Case Management).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and compassionately via telehealth platforms and digital tools.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Telehealth Nursing (CTRN) or similar.
