About the Role

This fully remote position puts you at the helm of multidisciplinary teams delivering large‑scale civil, structural, and commercial projects across the United States. You will act as the technical backbone, ensuring design integrity, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while maintaining close communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for multi‑million‑dollar contracts, from concept through construction close‑out.
• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and calculations in accordance with industry codes (ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.).
• Coordinate virtual design reviews, clash detection, and BIM models using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.
• Manage project schedules with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks proactively.
• Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and cost forecasts to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, remote‑first culture that emphasizes continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification required.
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects worth $10M+.
• Expertise with industry‑standard software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
