Key Responsibilities

Direct Clinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions in a secure virtual environment.
• Perform regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment goals in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate care with referring partners, primary care physicians, and other treatment providers as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all state licensing regulations, federal laws (including 42 CFR Part 2), and company policies.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings to ensure quality of care.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity standards while maintaining clinical excellence.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent (e.g., LPC, CADC-II) in at least one U.S. state. Please specify your licensed state(s) in your application.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Proven proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapies for addiction (e.g., MI, CBT, Relapse Prevention).
• Reliable high-speed internet, a private and professional home workspace, and technical proficiency with video platforms and EHRs.
• Strong ethical boundaries, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with telehealth delivery and familiarity with its unique dynamics.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant plus.
• Certification in trauma-informed care (e.g., EMDR, CPT) or other specialized modalities.

Compensation

• Estimated Annual Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD. Final offer based on relevant experience, license type, and geographic pay differentials.
