Your core mission is to safely and efficiently deliver packages, furniture, or commercial goods directly to businesses and residences within a defined metropolitan area. You’ll start and end your day from your home garage, with all dispatcher communication and route planning handled via our user-friendly mobile app. This is a W-2 employee position with a guaranteed 40-hour weekly schedule, offering the predictability and home time that independent contractors often lack.

A Day in the Life of a Remote Light Truck Driver

• Morning Briefing: Review your daily manifest and optimized route via our app from your home office.
• Local Delivery: Conduct pre-trip inspections, load your vehicle at a local hub, and execute 15-25 stops per day within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous service requiring minimal customer contact (mostly porch drops, office deliveries, or signature captures).
• Evening Wrap-up: Complete digital logs, vehicle reports, and return to your home base. Your workday is done.

Salary Range

We offer a highly competitive weekly salary with performance incentives. The base annual salary range for this position is $48,000 – $62,000 USD/year, paid bi-weekly. This is calculated from a base hourly rate of $23.00 – $29.80, plus a weekly productivity bonus for on-time deliveries and fuel efficiency. Overtime (over 40 hours) is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate, providing significant upside during peak seasons. Your exact starting rate depends on your relevant experience and clean driving record.

Requirements: You’re a Perfect Fit If…

We need a professional, safety-conscious driver who values home time. The non-negotiables are:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, non-suspended driver’s license (Class C is sufficient for our light trucks/ vans).
• Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years (no major violations, DUIs, or at-fault accidents).
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Have 1+ year of verifiable professional driving experience (CDL is NOT required but is a plus).
• Be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and perform manual loading/unloading.
• Own a smartphone (iOS or Android) and be tech-savvy enough to use navigation and delivery apps.
• Reside within 30 miles of a major metro area (e.g., Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix) to ensure feasible local routing. Note: This is a remote job for residents of these eligible areas.
