About the Role

As a Remote Physician, you will be at the forefront of our mission to democratize healthcare. You will manage a panel of patients via secure video consultations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive patient interviews, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing appropriate treatments, and providing clear health education. You will work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary virtual team, supported by advanced clinical protocols and a dedicated administrative staff who handle scheduling, documentation follow-up, and patient intake, allowing you to focus 100% on clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 15-30 minute video consultations for patients with non-emergent conditions across all age groups.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle modifications.
• Accurately and efficiently document all encounters in our proprietary Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Order and review diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) as clinically indicated.
• Provide clear, compassionate discharge instructions and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with our nursing and support team to coordinate complex patient care seamlessly.
• Participate in scheduled clinical quality reviews and peer-to-peer case discussions.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licenses are a strong advantage).
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a fast-paced setting (urgent care, ER, primary care).
• Proficiency with technology and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends to meet patient demand.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience with telehealth or virtual care delivery.
• Fluency in Spanish or another high-demand language.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding.

Salary Range
