Key Responsibilities

Salary Range

$55,000 – $78,000 USD per year (Commensurate with experience and proven track record in non-profit development).

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations within the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets and managing diverse revenue streams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge) and digital fundraising tools.
