About the Role

You are the architect of experience. In this fully remote position, you will manage the entire travel planning process for your clients. This isn’t just booking flights and hotels; it’s about understanding a person’s dreams, fears, and bucket lists to craft seamless, magical trips. You’ll become an expert on destinations, navigate complex itineraries, and provide stellar support before, during, and after the journey. We provide the cutting-edge booking platforms, supplier relationships, and training. You provide the curiosity, empathy, and drive to create moments that matter.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients via phone, video call, and email to design bespoke travel itineraries.
  • Book airfare, accommodations, tours, transfers, and unique experiences using industry-leading GDS and supplier portals.
  • Provide expert advice on visas, vaccinations, local customs, and travel insurance.
  • Manage all pre-departure documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for any issues during travel.
  • Build lasting client relationships to generate repeat business and powerful referrals.
  • Maintain meticulous records and meet sales targets in our CRM system.
