About the Role

Requirements & Qualifications

We seek a seasoned healthcare operations leader with a proven track record in a management role within a hospital, clinic, health system, or managed care environment.

Essential Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience, with at least 2 years in a formal managerial or director-level role overseeing clinical or non-clinical operations.
  • Licensure/Certification: Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Certified Healthcare Administrator (e.g., FACHE, CAHQ) is a strong advantage but not strictly required for non-clinical tracks.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Expert knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, reimbursement models (Medicare/Medicaid, private pay), and accreditation standards.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budget development, forecasting, and P&L management.
