About the Role

You’ll utilize specialized estimating software, collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather data, and provide clear, data-driven cost breakdowns to stakeholders. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role, preferably within commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, CostX, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present estimates and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
