Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive operational or general management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make decisive, informed judgments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with business intelligence or ERP software.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Deep understanding of P&L statements, budgeting processes, and operational KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits
