Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Optimization

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular operational reports for leadership, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Team Management & Development

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of operational and administrative staff.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and safety requirements within the operational scope.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive operational or general management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make decisive, informed judgments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with business intelligence or ERP software.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of P&L statements, budgeting processes, and operational KPIs.
