Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prosecute/defend a full caseload within assigned practice areas (e.g., corporate law, intellectual property, employment, or litigation).
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze complex facts, and formulate innovative legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize high-quality legal documents including motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in virtual court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Provide clear, timely, and strategic counsel to clients and internal teams through video conferences and secure messaging.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure strict compliance with all ethical rules and filing deadlines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with your state bar (or ability to waive in promptly).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal practice experience.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Salary Range

$85,000 – $125,000 USD/year

Final offer is commensurate with experience, practice area expertise, and billable performance. Bonus potential available based on firm profitability and individual metrics.
