About the Role

As a Data Scientist on our Analytics & Insights squad, you’ll own the entire data science lifecycle: from data ingestion and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring. Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and operational efficiency across multiple business units. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable data solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Developing predictive models, recommendation engines, or anomaly detection systems that deliver measurable business value.
• Experimenting with advanced techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or time‑series forecasting.
• Conducting rigorous A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate model performance and business impact.
• Documenting findings, creating reproducible notebooks, and presenting insights to non‑technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with strong knowledge of libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to deploy models in production and monitor their performance over time.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
