Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Who You Are: Requirements

We need a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a proven track record.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing (any U.S. state is acceptable; ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed is a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering design experience, with at least 4 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expert proficiency in civil design software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, or similar; experience with GIS tools.
• Deep, hands-on experience with relevant design manuals (e.g., AASHTO, state DOT specs, local stormwater manuals).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.

Highly Desired (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
