About the Role

You will synthesize disparate data—financials, competitive intelligence, human capital trends—into a single, compelling narrative that drives action. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business units, markets, and competitors to identify white space and existential threats.
• Develop and present actionable strategic roadmaps, complete with financial modeling, risk assessment, and phased implementation plans.
• Facilitate executive workshops and board sessions to align leadership around a unified strategic vision.
• Provide real-time, candid counsel to CEOs and founders on critical decisions, from capital allocation to crisis management.
• Challenge assumptions and conventional wisdom, fostering a culture of disciplined innovation within client organizations.

Requirements

We are targeting an elite professional with a proven track record. This is not an entry-level or mid-career position; it is a role for a seasoned strategist.

Essential Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of strategic experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), corporate strategy at a Fortune 500 company, or as a founder/early executive of a high-growth venture.
• Demonstrable history of owning a strategic function and delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, market share capture, successful exits).
• Exceptional analytical horsepower coupled with extraordinary communication skills. You can distill a 100-page analysis into a 10-minute narrative that persuades a skeptical board.
• Mastery of strategic frameworks (Porter’s Five Forces, Blue Ocean, Value Chain) but, more importantly, the pragmatism to adapt or discard them when the situation demands.
• Unimpeachable integrity and absolute discretion. You will handle highly confidential information.
• A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution is expected; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.

Salary Range

$185,000 – $320,000 USD/year (This is a base salary range. Performance-based bonuses and/or equity participation in our firm are significant components of the total target compensation for top performers.)
