Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who bring energy, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate:

  • Has 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or telesales experience (preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates).
  • Is comfortable using multiple software platforms (CRM, video conferencing, live chat, and internal databases). Must be able to quickly learn new tools.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a pleasant phone demeanor and active listening abilities.
  • Can work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision. Must be self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
  • Has a quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload). Must have a private area free from distractions.
  • Is legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check (if required for certain products).
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
