Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, video consultations, and live chat to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Build rapport and trust to create a personalized shopping experience.
• Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations to drive sales and upsell complementary items. Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
• Process orders accurately using our CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on backorders, shipments, and customer inquiries.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the remote team via virtual meetings and Slack to share best practices, success stories, and tips for handling challenging situations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill-building workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product expertise.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who bring energy, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate:

• Has 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or telesales experience (preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates).
• Is comfortable using multiple software platforms (CRM, video conferencing, live chat, and internal databases). Must be able to quickly learn new tools.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a pleasant phone demeanor and active listening abilities.
• Can work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision. Must be self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Has a quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload). Must have a private area free from distractions.
• Is legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check (if required for certain products).
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is $38,000 – $52,000 USD per year, depending on experience. With commission and bonuses, total earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.
