About the Role

As the Founder, you are the heartbeat of Nexus Innovations. You will transform our validated technical concept and initial seed funding into a scalable, market-defining business. This role is the ultimate blend of entrepreneur, strategist, and executor. You will define the product roadmap, secure Series A funding, assemble the inaugural team, and establish the company culture from day one. We provide the foundational idea, initial capital, and a network of advisors; you provide the relentless drive and leadership to make it a global success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategy to investors, partners, and future employees.
• Lead all aspects of product development, ensuring the technology meets a critical market need and delivers exceptional user value.
• Architect the go-to-market strategy, identify early adopters, and secure paying pilot customers.
• Build and inspire the founding team (first 10-15 hires), recruiting top-tier talent in engineering, product, and business development.
• Drive the fundraising narrative, craft compelling pitch decks, and close the Seed and Series A rounds.
• Establish core operational processes, financial controls, and a company culture rooted in innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
• Serve as the primary external face of the company, building relationships with key industry stakeholders, press, and the investor community.

What We’re Looking For

This is not a first-time venture. We need a founder with a track record of extreme ownership and results. The ideal candidate has “been there, done that” in a high-stakes startup environment and is ready to do it again with more autonomy and upside.

Requirements & Experience

• Proven experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or early employee (Head of Product/Engineering) in a tech startup that achieved significant product-market fit or a successful exit (acquisition or IPO).
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies. A technical background is a major plus.
• Demonstrated ability to raise venture capital from top-tier VCs, with existing investor relationships preferred.
• Experience hiring and managing a high-performing, mission-driven team in a resource-constrained environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution priorities.
• Unwavering resilience, optimism, and the physical/mental stamina for the founder journey.
• A passionate belief in the critical importance of sustainable technology and ethical AI.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a founder-level compensation package designed to align your success entirely with the company’s success. We offer a competitive foundation with life-changing equity.

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and stage of company.
• Equity Stake: A significant founding equity position (typically 5% – 10%) subject to standard vesting. This is your primary wealth-creation mechanism.
• Capital to Execute: Access to a dedicated seed fund to build your team and product without immediate fundraising pressure.
• Full Autonomy: You will have the authority to make key strategic and operational decisions.
