About the Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind complex electrical construction projects. You’ll coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. From power distribution systems to lighting installations, you’ll oversee every aspect of electrical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans</li

• Supervise on-site electrical teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Salary Range

Based on industry standards in Austin, TX, the salary range for this position is $85,000 – $125,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes base salary plus potential performance bonuses.
