About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic remote care team. Responsibilities

• Monitor ICU patients remotely via advanced monitoring systems
• Provide real-time assessment and intervention recommendations
• Collaborate with on-site healthcare teams to develop patient care plans

• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide education to staff and families regarding critical care protocols

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Active RN license in the state of residence
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
• Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Technical Skills

• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Comfortable using telemedicine technology and platforms
• Strong computer skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

Salary Range

We offer a competitive compensation package of $75,000 – $95,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, eligible team members may receive performance-based bonuses and incentives.
