About the Role

As a Senior Attorney at Prestige Legal Group, you will be responsible for managing high-stakes litigation matters from inception through trial. This role demands exceptional courtroom presence, analytical prowess, and the ability to develop innovative legal strategies. You will lead teams of associates and paralegals, mentor junior attorneys, and provide expert counsel to clients facing critical legal challenges. Your work will encompass complex civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and regulatory matters, requiring a deep understanding of federal and state procedural rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct representation of clients in state and federal courts, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, including settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Supervise case teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and motions with precision and persuasive authority.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York State Bar. A minimum of 7 years of post-licensure experience, with 3+ years in complex litigation, is essential. Proven trial experience in state or federal court is mandatory, along with a track record of success in managing multi-faceted cases. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable.
