Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health to ensure sustainable growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, corporate finance, or a related role. Proven experience leading a finance team and managing complex financial operations. Experience in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for remote Financial Managers in the United States, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 – $130,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we provide performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.
