Key Responsibilities: Delivering Commissioning Excellence

**System Verification & Validation:** Oversee functional testing, performance verification, and acceptance testing of complex mechanical, electrical, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls).

**Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements. Maintain comprehensive, accurate commissioning reports and documentation.

**Issue Resolution:** Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical and logistical challenges encountered during commissioning.

**Client & Stakeholder Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.

Qualifications: Proven Commissioning Expertise

**Experience:** Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, with 3+ years in a managerial/lead role managing complex projects.

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) or a related field. Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.

**Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of commissioning principles, procedures, and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IBC, IFC, etc.). Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, commissioning software).
