Requirements

Qualifications

Proven expertise in operations management within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced certification is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and lead large, diverse teams is essential.

Experience

Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior operations or general management role.
