About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at NexTech Solutions, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code. Your work will span the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping to testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex software features and systems.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver results.

Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

**Technical Expertise:** Proven experience (5+ years) with modern software development practices, object-oriented design, and algorithms/data structures. Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).

**Experience:** Demonstrated success in designing and building scalable, distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.

**Collaboration:** Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
