Description Detailed Description: Work with drillers, rig managers, directional drillers, and/or operator real-time centers to maximize drilling performance on Patterson rigs. Visit rig sites and work directly with drillers and/or directional drillers to coach on company’s/operator’s standard practices and technology utilization.
