About the Role

• Strong understanding of land surveying principles, boundary laws, and survey methodology.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for data processing and drafting.
• Ability to work independently in the field and in the office, often in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Professional Surveyor (PS) license or eligibility.
• Experience with drone surveying (UAVs) and photogrammetry.
• Knowledge of land development software (e.g., Bentley, Trimble Business Center).
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions and deed records.
