About the Role

As a Travel Adviser with our Miami-based agency, you’ll be the architect of dream vacations. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their travel aspirations, budget constraints, and special requirements. Your expertise will guide them through everything from weekend getaways to luxury around-the-world cruises. The role combines research, planning, and relationship-building, with opportunities to attend travel industry events and familiarization trips to experience destinations firsthand.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to design customized travel itineraries
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Handle bookings, reservations, and travel documentation
• Provide expert advice on travel insurance, visas, and health requirements
• Stay current with travel trends, destination updates, and industry news
• Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
• Manage client accounts and follow up after trips to ensure satisfaction

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for Miami, Florida, the salary range for this position is $45,000 – $65,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes base salary plus commission potential from bookings and client referrals.
