About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in human services preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for some roles).
  • Completion of mandatory training in CPR/First Aid and Positive Behavior Support (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar credential.
