About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Fire Engineer to join our remote team and help design innovative fire protection systems for diverse building types. Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive fire protection systems for commercial, industrial, and residential structures
• Conduct thorough fire risk assessments and hazard analyses
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, hydraulic calculations, and specifications
• Review construction plans and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and regulations
• Provide expert consultation on fire protection strategies to clients
• Stay current with evolving fire codes and industry best practices
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through virtual platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in fire protection engineering
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in fire modeling software and CAD tools

Salary Range
