About the Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to protect their most valuable assets—their health, property, and livelihood. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing client needs, crafting personalized insurance solutions across life, health, auto, home, and commercial lines, and providing ongoing support. We provide the leads, the cutting-edge tools, and the mentorship; you provide the drive and the relationship-building expertise. This is a full-time, in-office position within our vibrant Chicago Loop team, designed to foster collaboration and rapid skill development.

Salary Range & Compensation Structure

Estimated Annual Earnings: $48,000 – $75,000+ USD/year. This role features a draw against commission structure during your initial training and ramp-up period (typically the first 6-9 months), ensuring financial stability as you build your pipeline. After the draw period, your earnings are based on a highly competitive commission schedule with uncapped potential. Top-performing agents in our office consistently earn well into the six-figure range. You will also receive a monthly technology stipend.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who are ready to build a career, not just take a job. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Illinois Resident Health & Life insurance license (or the immediate ability and commitment to obtain one within 90 days of hire).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (recent graduates with relevant internships or strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you listen first and advise second.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software.
• A permanent, legal right to work in the United States.
