Our Management Trainee program is a comprehensive 18-month rotational experience designed to build well-rounded leaders. Each rotation is a deep dive, with you contributing to live projects, analyzing data, and presenting findings to senior managers. What You’ll Do:

• Complete three 6-month rotations in different business units in our Austin headquarters.

Compensation & Benefits: Invested in Your Future

Salary Range:

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year

The exact starting salary within this range will be determined based on your academic performance, relevant experience, and the results of your final interview. Participants are also eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% at the end of each rotation and upon program completion.
