Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, property management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with maintenance management software, CMMS tools, and remote communication platforms
