Core Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Criteria
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in personal care, home health, or a related field (new graduates from certified programs are encouraged to apply).
