About the Role

As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to our clients. You will bridge the gap between our clients’ C-suite objectives and the practical realities of data infrastructure, model development, and scalable deployment. Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Advisory & Solution Design

• Conduct comprehensive AI maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for enterprise digital transformation.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, selecting optimal cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI), frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and deployment strategies.
• Lead workshops with C-level executives to align AI initiatives with core business KPIs and ROI.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Prototype and validate AI concepts using client data, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines, model training, validation, and MLOps integration for production environments.
• Ensure solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).

Thought Leadership & Client Enablement

• Develop white papers, case studies, and best-practice frameworks that establish our firm’s authority.
• Mentor client technical teams, transferring knowledge for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Identify new service opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our AI practice offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Core Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related AI field, with at least 2 years in a client-facing consulting or solutions architecture role.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full-cycle enterprise AI projects from discovery to production deployment.
• Deep expertise in at least two AI domains (e.g., NLP, time-series forecasting, recommendation systems, generative AI).

Technical Proficiency

• Mastery of Python and key data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
• Strong production-level experience with cloud AI services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery) and streaming data (Kafka, Spark).
• Understanding of MLOps tools for model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD.

Salary & Compensation

This is a senior individual contributor role with a highly competitive compensation package reflective of the high-value strategic impact. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $185,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
