About the Role
We seek a highly experienced Master Electrician to join our team in Austin, TX. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial design and planning through meticulous installation, rigorous testing, and comprehensive maintenance of sophisticated electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute electrical installations for new construction and major renovations of commercial/industrial facilities.

Perform detailed inspections, testing, and maintenance on existing electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Lead project teams, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly.

Interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision.

Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and compliance with all relevant codes (NEC, OSHA, local regulations).

Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring optimal availability and condition.
Requirements

**Master Electrician License** (Valid and current in Texas).

**Proven Experience:** Minimum of 7 years as a Journeyman Electrician, with 3+ years in a Master Electrician capacity, demonstrating leadership in complex projects.

**Technical Proficiency:** Extensive knowledge of AC/DC systems, motor controls, PLCs, transformers, and electrical distribution systems. Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).

**Certifications:** OSHA 30-Hour Certification strongly preferred; willingness to obtain additional relevant certifications as needed.
