Your Day-to-Day Impact:

  • Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout procedures.
  • Assist dentists efficiently during a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry procedures.
  • Take and process digital X-rays, update patient records with precision in Dentrix software.
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols and instrument sterilization.
  • Manage chair-side inventory and ensure all rooms are perfectly stocked and ready.
  • Provide clear post-operative instructions and oral health education to patients.
  • Help with scheduling and front desk support as needed, ensuring a seamless patient journey.

Requirements: Are You Our Perfect Match?

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who shares our passion for patient wellness. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program and hold a current Texas Dental Assistant License (or be eligible to obtain one).

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience in a fast-paced general dentistry practice.
  • Proficiency in digital radiography (sensor placement and processing).
  • Expert-level knowledge of four-handed dentistry and instrument management.
  • Certified in CPR and maintain current health screenings.
  • Unwavering commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs.

Highly Desired (But Not Required):

  • Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) certification (CDA).
  • Experience with digital scanners (iTero, Trios) and CAD/CAM technology.
  • Experience in clear aligner therapy or implant assistance.

$48,000 – $66,000 USD/Year
Our final offer is based on your verified experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills during the interview process. We also offer a performance-based bonus potential tied to practice growth.
