About the Role

As our Safety Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our safety program, responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and training across all construction sites. You will lead safety inspections, investigations, and audits, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary safety liaison with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Safety Manager with a proven track record in construction safety. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field is essential. You must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive safety leadership experience within the construction sector, with specific expertise in OSHA 30-Hour Training and Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926). A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is highly desirable. You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering a culture of safety.
