You’ll be assigned to a specific lane, typically running between our Chicago hub and key distribution centers in the Midwest and Southeast. Your Day-to-Day on the Road

• Operate a well-maintained, late-model Kenworth or Freightliner tractor (typically 2022-2024 models) on your dedicated, predictable route.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure absolute safety and compliance.
• Secure and transport a variety of freight safely and efficiently, including dry van and some temperature-controlled loads.
• Complete all required documentation and electronic logging (ELD) with accuracy.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with our 24/7 dispatch and safety teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service, representing Midwest Logistics Co. with pride.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

We value professionalism and proven experience. To join our elite team, you must have:

• A valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR or dedicated driving experience.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Earning Potential

Your experience and performance are directly rewarded. Our drivers on dedicated routes typically earn between:

$55,000 – $75,000 USD/year (based on consistent weekly mileage, experience, and bonus eligibility)

This includes a competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rate plus opportunities for:
