Must-Have Qualifications

We need dedicated individuals with a genuine passion for support work. Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or relevant certification (CNA, HHA) is a strong plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for transporting clients.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility, lifting, and personal care as needed.
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills to build trusting relationships.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).

Preferred Experience

While we provide thorough training, candidates with 6+ months of experience in direct care, group homes, supported living, or similar human services settings will be prioritized. Experience with non-verbal communication, behavioral support plans, or specific conditions like autism or cerebral palsy is highly valuable.
