Your work will involve deep-dive data analysis, process mapping, and presenting findings to executive stakeholders, directly contributing to our bottom line and market agility. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational and financial analyses to evaluate business performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide leadership with real-time insights.
• Map current-state business processes and design future-state workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and build financial models to support strategic decisions, market entry assessments, and investment evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with department heads to gather requirements and understand pain points.
• Monitor the implementation of recommended solutions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for business transformation. The ideal applicant will possess a combination of formal education, practical experience, and innate curiosity.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a business analysis, management consulting, or internal strategy role.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations that led to measurable business improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas), SQL for data querying, and experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau).
• Analytical Framework: Mastery of frameworks like SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and process mapping (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Structured, logical approach to decomposing ambiguous problems and developing innovative, practical solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building relationships, managing expectations, and influencing decision-makers without formal authority.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for the New York City market and the required experience level, the estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
