What You Bring: The ICU Nurse Profile

We seek a decisive, resilient, and intellectually curious nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You must possess a strong foundation in critical care theory and a passion for mastering complex skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience; ICU experience strongly preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Must obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
  • Experience with advanced monitoring systems (e.g., PiCCO, EV1000) and mechanical ventilation.
  • Previous experience in a Magnet® designated facility.

$75,000 – $95,000 USD/year
