Your day involves administering vasoactive medications, managing ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring, performing rapid assessments, and providing vigilant, compassionate bedside care for patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments.

What You Bring: The ICU Nurse Profile

We seek a decisive, resilient, and intellectually curious nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You must possess a strong foundation in critical care theory and a passion for mastering complex skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience; ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
• Experience with advanced monitoring systems (e.g., PiCCO, EV1000) and mechanical ventilation.
• Previous experience in a Magnet® designated facility.

Salary Range:

$75,000 – $95,000 USD/year

(Final offer within this range is based on relevant experience, certifications, shift differentials, and internal equity.)
