About the Role

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in clinical practice and a passion for leadership. We require a Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field. Candidates must have at least 8 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or director-level role.

Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring is essential. You should be proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and have a solid understanding of analytics tools. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be the face of clinical leadership for remote teams spread across different time zones.
