About the Role

As the Director of Clinical Services, you are the visionary architect of our patient care delivery model. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our clinical teams, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of excellence. This position is fully remote, meaning you can manage a multidisciplinary team, review complex cases, and influence organizational policy from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Clinical Leadership

You will define and execute the clinical roadmap, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge and aligned with evolving industry standards. This involves building relationships with key stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to the C-suite, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Management and Development

Managing a distributed team of nurses, therapists, and social workers requires a unique blend of empathy and accountability. You will conduct performance reviews, lead monthly virtual town halls, and mentor rising stars to ensure the team is prepared for future challenges.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Requirements

Experience and Education

Successful candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field. A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD is a strong plus. You need at least 7 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership capacity managing remote or hybrid teams.

Technical and Soft Skills

You must possess deep knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Above all, you need exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between clinical complexity and business strategy. The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment is essential.
