About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be the technical and operational cornerstone for our portfolio of large-scale projects. Moving beyond coordination, you will serve as the primary architect of execution, responsible for integrating engineering design, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. You will mentor junior engineers, interface with C-level leadership, and ensure that every deliverable meets our exacting standards for quality, safety, and budget. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end management of complex engineering projects, from initial scope definition through final commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, forecasting potential deviations and implementing proactive solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority on-site and in meetings, troubleshooting critical issues and making high-stakes decisions that safeguard project integrity.
• Implement and champion robust quality assurance, safety protocols (OSHA), and sustainability standards across all project phases.
• Produce clear, compelling reports and presentations for executive leadership and clients, translating technical details into strategic business insights.
• Manage contract negotiations and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual obligations.

What You Bring (Requirements)

We are targeting an accomplished engineering leader with a proven track record in a demanding sector such as commercial construction, industrial facilities, semiconductor fabrication, or large-scale renewable energy.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Master’s degree (MBA or M.Eng) is a significant plus.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
• Demonstrable expertise in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) and advanced fluency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and deep understanding of construction sequencing, procurement logistics, and contract law (AIA, ConsensusDocs).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with all levels, from field technicians to C-suite executives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
