About the Role

As our Maintenance Person, you’ll be the backbone of our facility’s operational integrity. You’ll perform a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across our Houston site, encompassing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Maintenance Person or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and basic HVAC principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in various positions.
