Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties: Prepare patients for exams, take and record vital signs, perform basic clinical tests (EKG, vision, hearing), assist with procedures, administer injections as delegated, and ensure proper specimen handling. You will be a trusted hand during patient assessments and treatments.

Administrative & Patient Flow: Manage patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), process co-pays, and handle confidential correspondence. You are the organizer who keeps the day on track and the front desk running with warmth and professionalism.

Clinic Operations: Keep exam rooms stocked and sterile, manage medical supply inventory, ensure equipment is maintained, and uphold all compliance and safety protocols. Your keen eye for detail ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinical setting.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

We need a proactive, licensed professional who is as passionate about people as they are about procedure. The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is strongly preferred.
• Active certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced outpatient medical office or clinic.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks).
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and experience with diagnostic testing equipment.
