About the Role

As our Computer and Information Systems Manager, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader for our entire IT infrastructure and information systems. You will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical systems supporting our core business functions. Your expertise will guide technology investments, ensure robust security, optimize performance, and foster a culture of digital agility. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives, driving efficiency and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of IT professionals (including systems administrators, network engineers, database specialists, and security analysts).
• Develop and execute the IT strategic plan, roadmap, and budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-level hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of all information systems and data assets.
• Manage IT service delivery, incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to business units.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage third-party relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and delivering large-scale technology initiatives on time and within budget.
• Extensive experience with enterprise IT systems (Windows Server, Linux, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, databases, networking).
• Deep understanding of IT security principles, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Certified in IT management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) or equivalent professional certifications.
