About the Role
As a Management Analyst, you will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing the data-driven backbone for critical strategic decisions. Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive operational and financial analyses to assess business performance against strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and KPI reports for executive review using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Model financial scenarios, forecast trends, and perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and investments.
- Identify process bottlenecks and design data-backed recommendations for workflow optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather data and understand contextual challenges.
- Prepare and present compelling, concise briefings and presentations for C-suite executives and board meetings.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive landscapes to inform our strategic positioning.

- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or internal audit role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is highly desirable.
- Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to frame business problems, design analytical frameworks, and synthesize disparate data into a coherent narrative.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create executive summaries and visualizations that drive action.
- Mindset: Self-starter with a curious, investigative nature. Strong business acumen and a continuous improvement orientation.
