About the Role

Core Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and design data-backed recommendations for workflow optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with department heads across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather data and understand contextual challenges.
• Prepare and present compelling, concise briefings and presentations for C-suite executives and board meetings.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive landscapes to inform our strategic positioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or internal audit role.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is highly desirable.
